Project Manager

The main job of a project manager will be:

• To manage the work of the project as a whole, as well as to support and develop the vision of The Light of The World Community Centre. To ensure good relationships, between the Community Centre and the Church.
• To help local people to develop their own ideas and to work with them at every level using project facilities, forming activity groups and encouraging active participation.
• To seek resources to develop and sustain activities within the project and at the Community Centre.
• To coordinate training provision for staff, volunteers and users of the Community Centre.
• To have responsibility for reporting and dealing with the maintenance requirements of the building and equipment.
• To facilitate the management committee and attend sub-group and committee meetings.
