Adults Support Worker

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Adults Service, supporting young people aged 14 and over with SEND.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people, helping them build confidence, develop independence, learn new skills and enjoy fun, inclusive activities in a safe and supportive environment.

Experience is desirable but not essential! What matters most is your positive attitude, patience, compassion and genuine passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential. Full training, guidance and ongoing mentoring will be provided to help you develop your skills and grow in the role.
