We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Food and Hospitality Project Lead to oversee all aspects of food provision and hospitality within our community centre.
The successful candidate will lead the development and day-to-day management of our Community Café and food services, including providing meals for community projects and older people through our Good Neighbours programme.
A key part of the role will be to reimagine and grow the Community Café to increase footfall and income while maintaining a welcoming space for the local community.
You will recruit, support, and manage volunteers and staff, coordinate food supplies and donations, ensure high standards of food safety and compliance, and work closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team to support the wider mission of the organisation.
This is a varied role that combines practical food service management, community engagement, team leadership, and administrative responsibilities to help strengthen and serve the Holmewood community.
