  • About KHL
We are a trusted, award‑winning charity dedicated to improving physical, mental and maternal health. For nearly 25 years, we have worked to reduce isolation, tackle health inequalities and strengthen connections between local people and the wider health system. Last year alone, we supported 5,790 individuals through more than 50 weekly groups, classes, workshops and one‑to‑one coaching sessions designed to help people live healthier, happier lives.

Our work spans the life course – from new parents and babies to older adults facing loneliness, long‑term health conditions or barriers to healthcare. We pride ourselves on being inclusive and accessible, ensuring that cost, culture or circumstance never prevent someone from getting support.

Based in the heart of Keighley, our welcoming centre provides a safe, friendly space where people can connect, grow and improve their wellbeing. As a trusted community anchor, we bridge the gap between clinical and community care, creating effective pathways that improve outcomes for individuals while also supporting a more efficient, joined‑up health system.

Through strong partnerships with community organisations, GP practices, NHS teams and local authorities, we empower individuals, build community resilience and champion the ambition that has guided us for many years.
