Role Description
We are looking for someone to develop and manage the Uniting Communities Project which works in partnership with Café West and Community Works. The project will engage with and support people from all sections of the community, recruit and train peer mentors, and ensure Community Centres are well used. We are looking for someone who is committed and passionate about community development, inclusion and connecting people.
The successful candidate will be experienced in project management and community / health development at both a strategic and operational level. You will be able to engage with those who are most isolated and successfully work to address health inequalities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HALE team as part of our Uniting Communities Project which is funded up until 2029.
