Centre Operations & Development Manager

Working closely with the Community Works CEO, you will play a key role in the effective day-to-day running of the Community Works Centre, while also helping to shape its future development. You will have the autonomy to take ideas forward, build relationships, develop activities and create opportunities that respond to the needs and aspirations of local people.
You will provide line management and support to our facility staff, including the Caretaker, Cook and Cleaner, and work collaboratively with the wider Community Works team and partners.
A key part of the role will also be leading and developing activities for young people, as well as working alongside the CEO to develop and deliver programmes that strengthen community engagement and create positive opportunities for local residents.
